Job Overview

Lead crews of 10–40 workers, run daily toolbox talks and sign off on progress against the build programme. We match every candidate against a verified employer contract before you sign anything — so the salary, hours, accommodation and travel arrangements are known upfront.

Job-Specific Criteria

• Practical, hands-on experience in the trade
• Physical fitness for outdoor site conditions
• Ability to work in active construction environments
• Comfortable with 8-10 hour shifts plus paid overtime

Visa Information

• Work visa required - processed by MaxMac on your behalf
• Valid two-year job contract signed before departure
• GAMCA / employer-approved health clearance required
• Passport valid for at least 18 months from travel date
• Police clearance certificate (Certificate of Good Conduct)
